I've figured out that if I take my sketchbook to work, I tend to sketch my way out of frustration. I'm more relaxed afterwards.

So here's one of those moments where I took my sketchbook and markers and colored pencils and worked on something for over a week. Of course it took a week because I would work on it for 15 minutes tops during the work day.

I thought I'd share.
